Our courses are divided into:

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING COURSE SURVIVAL – OUTDOOR (for BASE F.I.S.S.S. INSTRUCTORS aspiring to the EXPERT level)

MINIMUM DURATION: two days and one night on holidays time

PARTICIPANTS: maximum 10 for each expert Instructor (assisted by Base Instructor for several groups).

WHERE: equipped space suitable for carrying out the planned activities.

PROGRAM

  1. THEORY. Presentation of the course, briefing on the principles of Survival, Surviving, Human Ecology, individual and group preservation, fears and phobias, manual or handouts delivery and survival kit display.
  2. MOTOR AND EXPERTISE SKILLS. Ecodynamic paths, rope and bridge passages, boulders, zip lines, etc. free body.
  3. MANUALITY. Main knots and their applications (gassa, boatman, double English, square ligature).
  4. FIRE AND WATER. Ignition of the fire, boiling and making water potable, ecosystems and food resources, cooking with primitive systems.
  5. LUNCH: Self-managed barbecue.
  6. HUNTING AND DEFENSE. Shooting with throwing gear: bow, javelin with and without propeller, throwing sticks, etc.
  7. ORIENTATION. Basic knowledge with and without compass (excluding maps).
  8. SHELTER. Individual and / or group fitting techniques.
  9. AUTONOMY. Dinner and emergency bivouac at the camp (or surrounding areas) in the built shelters or elementary lodgings. Safety and comfort criteria for overnight stays.
  10. EXPLORATION AND RESEARCH. Disorientation and orientation (with and without compass). Trekking of a few kilometers and elements of knowledge of the ecosystem
  11. LUNCH (served) with local products.
  12. CONTEST among participants, debriefing, delivery of certificates and leave.

MINIMUM INDIVIDUAL COST: 150 EURO (includes hospitality, materials, food, card and insurance).

MINIMUM DURATION: two days and two nights.

PARTICIPANTS: maximum 8 for each Master or expert Instructor (assisted by Basic Instructor for several groups).

WHERE: in equipped camp in non-anthrop zed territory or traveling in autonomy.

PROGRAM

  1. Verification of personal survival kit, food resources and necessary technical equipment.
  2. Climbing concepts with suitable equipment.
  3. Dexterity path on cables or ropes with harnesses.
  4. Construction of shelters or vessels.
  5. Cartography and compass.
  6. First aid in emergency situations.
  7. Set up rope passes.
  8. Overnight accommodation with shelters and bivouacs autonomously in two different situations.
  9. Techniques of construction tools for launches, ignition of the fire with primitive tools, recovery, transport, water purification, cooking, food treatment, recognition and use of suitable natural essences.
  10. Exploration trekking with orientation test in total autonomy.

MINIMUM INDIVIDUAL COST: 250 EURO (includes hospitality, materials, food, card and insurance).

MINIMUM DURATION: 4 days (also in 2 steps of 2 days each in different schools)

PARTICIPANTS: maximum 10 for each Master Instructor (assisted by another Instructor)

WHERE: itinerant in total autonomy and / or at the equipped field

PROGRAM

  1. Anthropo-ecomotor theory, principles of autonomy, psychology and behavioral economics, teaching, human ecology.
  2. Preparation of a base camp and exploration project
  3. Construction of rope passes and bridges, specific safety and rescue criteria.
  4. Fire, conservation and treatment of food recovered on the territory or supplied.
  5. Reading topographic maps; GPS and hiking practice.
  6. Disorientation and orientation in autonomy (contest).
  7. Safety criteria and practice of recovery, rescue and decommitment on plants and in water.
  8. Legal aspects of survival, managment and Eco-Campus criteria. Federal regulations.
  9. Construction of artifacts and tools with natural elements found in the area.
  10. First aid interventions, personal and group defense, tactics and intervention strategies.

MINIMUM INDIVIDUAL COST: 450 EURO (includes hospitality, materials, food, card and insurance).

PARTICIPANTS: minimum 6 for each MASTER Instructor or consultants

WHERE: In suitable locations

PROGRAM

  1. AIFOS height work course and safety in adventure parks.
  2. Training, communication and management of the group.
  3. Experimental Archeology Course (chipping, woodworking, repair construction).
  4. Internship in the Federal School field.

MINIMUM TOTAL INDIVIDUAL COST: 1,200 EURO (includes hospitality, materials, food, card and insurance).
